Our garage planning tools calculate in your browser. They do not send the measurements you enter to us or save them as a personal profile. Reloading a tool resets the entries.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive the details you include and your email address. If the contact form is enabled, it asks for a name, email address, optional subject and message, plus acknowledgement of this privacy notice. Please include only information needed to answer the query.
We use contact details to respond to enquiries, check reported errors and maintain the site. Our intended lawful basis is legitimate interests in handling those enquiries. We aim to delete routine correspondence within 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless we need to retain it for a continuing issue or a legal obligation.
The site is designed for Cloudflare hosting. Cloudflare processes technical requests and, when configured, provides Turnstile spam protection and forwards form submissions through the mail service. Cloudflare explains its security processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Email correspondence is handled using our email provider. These services may process information outside the UK; the operator must confirm the production providers, transfer arrangements and retention before public launch.
The form remains unavailable until its spam protection and delivery service are configured. You can use webmaster.jarvis@gmail.com instead. Email delivery uses your own email service as well as ours.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics service is configured for this initial version. The cookies page explains the local preference setting and optional contact-form protection. We will update this notice if analytics or other relevant processing changes.
Shopping links and external websites
Opening a shopping or reference link takes you to another provider. Its privacy and cookie policies apply there. Affiliate links can identify that the visit came from our site; see the affiliate disclosure.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to personal information held in correspondence, ask for correction, deletion or restriction of its use, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights depend on the circumstances. Send requests to webmaster.jarvis@gmail.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office.
The operator's full legal identity and contact address must be added before public launch. This notice records the intended handling for the initial build; it is not a substitute for confirming the production services and operator details.
